Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative for Tender Motorcycle Gear at Richa, you play a crucial role in supporting the brand’s tender activities. You work closely with your colleagues in the tender team, providing administrative and organizational support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of tender activities. Your responsibilities include managing orders, coordinating with suppliers and customers, delivering excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the brand.

To strengthen our tender department, we are looking for an enthusiastic Custom Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tender Customer Support: Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing customer concerns related to orders, products, and services.
• Order Processing: Handle incoming orders, ensure accurate documentation, track order status, and collaborate with the warehouse to facilitate timely delivery.
• Administrative Support: Perform general commercial administrative tasks, including managing emails, scheduling appointments, and organizing commercial meetings.
• Accurate Tender Customer Administration: Maintain accurate records for sales orders, invoices, and payments.
• Event Support: Assist in organizing tender events and trade shows.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• At least three years of proven experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Detail-oriented, organized, strong in administration, and customer-service-focused.
• Experience with Navision/Business Central is an advantage.
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
