All the prices shown are the sales prices, including VAT.
How do I know if a product is in stock?
When you select an item in the online shop, you will immediately know if we have it in stock. You can’t add items to your shopping cart if they’re not in stock.

How do I clean and care for my Richa products?
To guarantee that your purchases last, we recommend that you always closely follow our washing and care instructions. You can always find the summary on the product labels. If you want more complete instructions on how to care for your products, you can find specific tips here. That way, you won’t only extend the lifetime of your clothing and gloves, but also the protection they offer.
Can I get Richa products customised?
Tailored perfection is our goal. To best serve your needs, we therefore offer you the option of customising our products. Need fluorescent vests for your road captains? Take a look at our PRO website and give your club identity that little bit extra.
How do I place an order?
Simply add the item in your required size to your shopping cart on our website. You can then complete your order from your shopping cart. As soon as you make the payment, we’ll start processing your order.
Can I also pick up my order in the shop?
All orders through the online shop are delivered to your door. In-store pickup is not possible.

Our shipping costs depend on the region or country you live in. Here’s a handy overview:

Can I change my order afterwards?
You can change your order on the day you place it, except for public holidays and weekends. To make a change, get in touch with our customer service on +32 55 42 34 55. They’ll be happy to help.
When will my order be delivered?
Once you have paid for your order in the online shop, we will email you a track & trace code. With that, you’ll be able to track your order all the way to your door. If you haven’t received a code, you can contact our customer service on +32 55 42 34 55.
If we receive your order before 3pm, we’ll ship it the same day. Depending on where you live, you will receive the delivery within 2 to 4 working days.
I didn’t receive an order confirmation. What do I do?
If you haven’t received an order confirmation, we recommend you first check your spam folder. If the confirmation is there, make sure to amend your settings so that our emails arrive in your inbox in the future. If the confirmation is not there, please get in touch with our customer service on +32 55 42 34 35.
What happens if it turns out my order isn’t in stock?
In that case we’ll refund you for your order. Depending on your original payment method, the refund may take 5 to 14 working days.

What is Richa’s payment policy?
GENERAL
The terms and conditions below apply to every sales agreement with a visitor to this website and are determined by Richa. These terms and conditions take precedence over all other terms and conditions. Any other terms and conditions are excluded, except with prior, express permission in writing from Richa.
ORDERS
An agreement becomes valid when a customer sends an order online, clicks on the ‘Buy’ link or sends an email that implies placing an order.
PAYMENT
Payments are always made online through www.mollie.nl. Every order is immediately payable at the time of purchase. An invoice with a payment confirmation is sent with the order.
FULFILMENT
The contract is fulfilled almost immediately once payment is made. Any delays in fulfilment do not entail a right to compensation. In the case of payment by bank transfer, the order delivery will be within five working days after payment is credited to our account. In this case too, any delays in fulfilment do not entail a right to compensation.
DISPUTES
Any disputes arising from this agreement are governed by Belgian law. For any dispute arising from this agreement, the competent courts are those of Oudenaarde.
BINDING AGREEMENT
With any online order of products, the customer declares to be bound by the terms and conditions by ticking the box: ‘By clicking on ‘buy’, I am placing an order, paying import duties and agreeing to the terms and conditions’. Online orders are technically impossible without this consent. These terms and conditions are also binding for customers who claim an order.
HOW LONG DO REFUNDS TAKE?
Once we have received your returned item and the return has been processed, we aim to refund your money within 3 working days (depending on your original payment method), and a maximum of 14 days. We always refund you through your original payment method. If you return your complete order, we will refund you the full amount, as long as your return complies with our return policy.
